Answers to common questions about the offering
How does the trial work?

You can create an account without a credit card and import feedback during the trial period, which lasts one month and provides a number feedback processing credits according to your plan (see "one-time  initial feedback processing credits . Once the trial expires, you can upgrade to a plan directly in the settings menu "Plan & Billing". If you don’t upgrade, your data will be deleted 30 days after trial expiration.

What exactly is meant by processing feedback?

We distinguish between importing and processing feedback. Importing includes PII masking, custom masking (if activated and depending on the plan), and storing the feedback in our database. Processing involves analysing the feedback through sentiment and type detection, identifying tags, breaking it into standalone statements, and generating recommendations and insights.

Why don’t we process PII with the starter plan?


For the starter plan, we import content that previously contained PII but do not process it. To process such content, a professional plan is required.

How do we handle PII?

We follow a data minimisation approach, ensuring that our APIs and processes do not accept usernames, user IDs, or other personal identifying information (PII). However, the feedback content may still include personal information, which we remove in the initial step before storing takes place in our database.

What are feedback processing credits?

Each feedback processed requires one credit. Depending on your plan, you have a yearly allowance of credits. Once these are used up, you can purchase additional credit packages to import more feedback than what’s included in your plan. These additional credits do not expire.

What happens if I import data but do not have credits left?

You will not be able to process the feedback. However, if you have an active subscription, we allow you to import a certain amount of feedback depending on your plan to prevent data loss. Once you reach the plan's limit, further feedback will not be accepted. In such a case, we will notify you.

What happens if my plan expires?

You will no longer be able to import data or access analysis and recommendation features. However, we will keep your data for 90 days (unless you request its deletion), allowing you to reactivate your account without losing progress during that time.

Where does AI processing take place?

We use various AI models distributed globally, all connected via secure channels. Some models are hosted within Europe (in a virtual private cloud). Depending on your plan and data sensitivity settings, different processing locations may apply. Custom data masking and PII masking always occur in Europe, regardless of your plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts payments using Stripe, giving you access to a portal where you can view your purchase history and manage payments. If you are on a custom enterprise plan, we can offer alternative payment methods.
